From grapes of the French variety Syrah cultivated in vineyards in Nea Mesimvria, Thessaloniki.
Classical rose vinification with preemulsion extraction, bleedingand controlled alcoholic fermentation.
Characteristics : Lively rose color, intense fruity aromas, strawberry and blackberry, balanced acidity and fresh fruity aftertaste. Served at 10o - 12o C in a small glass of tulip shape for aromatic rose wines. It accompanies pasta and tender white meats with red sauce, as well as sweet chocolate and red fruit.
