Our FRESKO trout farm is idyllically situated amidst the verdant landscape of Evrytania, with its unspoilt nature unique throughout Greece.

Our trout live in the crystal-clear, icy-cold waters of the region's surging springs. By allowing the fish to grow slowly in their natural environment, from 18 to 20 months, we can guarantee their high nutritional value and top quality flesh.

FRESKO trout are traditionally smoked with forest wood and packaged in accordance with the most state-of-the-art control and safety standards. By choosing Fresko trout you are favouring a traditional Greek delicacy with a unique delicate aroma and extra special taste.
